Passion for what we do, and honesty, integrity & excellence in how we do it

I am Urmila Toofany, Receptionist at Rogers Capital Corporate Services. I was motivated instantly and immediately accepted to accompany the members of PraSino Trypa in Mauritius and in Harare, Zimbabwe for the JA Africa Regional Final 2016. Once on site, the girls were very focused and dedicated to their project. This was my first experience as a volunteer and it is amazing to see how they started their own business at a young age and how it taught them self-confidence, resilience and soft skills. Meeting different cultures and new people have proved to be useful in my work. I must here stress on the extreme professionalism and support of the JA Mascareignes Team. I am in for the next competition.
