Students of College de la Confiance learn about key work-readiness skills.

The 62 Students of Grade 11,12 & 13 of College de la Confiance, received their certificates for their participation in the JA Career Success Program on the 11th November 2020. The students were involved in the two day workshop held at the school on the 15th and 16th of October 2020.

It was also the first time that the Soft Skills Quiz, using Kahoot, was implemented in the classroom. The students connect to KAHOOT using their cellphone and they compete over a series of questions. The two winners were Mr. CLAIR Louis Jayo Felony and Mr. ETIENNETTE Jean Denis Hans.

JA Career Success prepares young people for the World of Work by equipping them with the necessary tools to get and keep a job. The program is implemented in two full days and covers the following topics:

1. The 4Cs of 21st Century Skills
2. Soft Skills
3. Job Interviews
4. Work Priorities
5. High Growth Jobs
6. CV/Cover Letter Writing
7. Digital Profile
